Manisha Sidhpura

Manisha is a practicing advocate in Mumbai High Court and has Law graduate from the University of Mumbai, India. As Managing Partner, Manisha has modernized firms image, as well as developed the depth of certain practice areas further to achieve complete client satisfaction. She has recruited lawyers and engineering leaders and partnered with senior lawyers & counselor in the field to support and enhance her team and to provide legal services related to Intellectual Property, such as regulatory, corporate, IT, data protection, and valuation of IP assets. 

With close to 12 years of experience in Law and IP, Manisha enthusiastically champions and effectively safeguards her clients’ intellectual property rights relating to new drugs, biologics, medical, mechanical electronic, engineering devices, consumer & food products, agrochemicals, specialty chemicals, industrial chemical processes, oil, gas and petrochemicals.

She acts for clients across the full scope of IP and has dealt with hundreds of patents, trademark, copyright, confidential information and design matters throughout her career. Her practice includes the complete life cycle of Intellectual Property rights, from consultancy to application, to resolving disputes involving these rights. She designs proactive and defensive solutions to combat piracy, infringement, theft and counterfeiting as well as cases involving trade secrets, tangible property by competitors and/or former employees.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Leonard Corporate Solutions Pvt. Ltd, on which she served as Lead Director for 10 years.
